Green Tea

Aniseed (Anise)

Aniseed (Anise) can be used to help alleviate the symptoms of asthma, a cough, diabetes, gas, insomnia, neurological disorders (such as epilepsy) and an upset stomach.



Almonds are loaded with powerful antioxidants, vitamins & minerals and can lower rates of heart disease, cancer, and Alzheimer’s, Type 2 Diabetes, cholesterol, and high blood pressure.


Papaya is rich in valuable nutrients and powerful antioxidants like lycopene which may reduce your risk of many diseases — especially ones that tend to come with age, such as heart disease and cancer.


Pineapple is packed with nutrients, antioxidants and other helpful compounds, such as enzymes that can fight inflammation and disease.
